Daily Hues Fall Colors Part 1 Swatch and Review

Greetings and Nailutations,

*Blogger Package*
Fall is approaching quickly and cooler weather should be upon us, which calls for autumn collections too!  The next 3 blog reviews will be about Daily Hues Nail Lacquer Fall Collection.  The collection includes satin creme finishes, glitter crellies, holos and glitter bombs.  The collection is due to be released September 1st.

Now let's get to some swatches!

First up is Caitlyn, a soft satin blue.  Color is calming and reminds me of a clear sky.  Formula was smooth and easy to apply.  Photos show 2 coats with shiny top coat.

Next is Arianna, a steel grey with subtle rainbow holo dust.  Metallics are always really popular in the fall and this color is the perfect shade to add a touch of steel to your fingertips or use as a base for nail art (which of course I did....you'll have to wait to find out what I placed over it!).  Photos show 2 coats with shiny top coat.

Farrah is one of the polishes that I was surprised to find in a fall collection.  In some lights in the bottle it looks almost neon, but once you put it on and look at it, you see a bright pink, but gold shimmer in it that gives it an orange look.  The gold shimmer really gives this polish an extra pop of dimension and out of the four I'm showing today, quickly became one of my favorites.  Photos show 2 coats with shiny top coat.

The last polish is called Cicely.  Cicely is very mysterious.  The bottle had me expecting a turquoise color, but really it is almost a navy-gray jelly with turquoise and navy fine micro glitter.  I did not expect that!  It was a pleasant surprise as I saw the color develop over a few coats.  Photos show 3 thin coats with shiny top coat.  I painted this color over black with some nail art and it looks really pretty over black.

Loves:  Formula on all 4 were perfect, easy application.  Colors are fun and great to use for nail art and let's just say - they can be used for water marbling AND stamping (were those hints for my nail art?).  Another added bonus is that Daily Hues is 5-free so it doesn't contain 5 of the nasties that can be in polish.

Wishes:  These were fun and pretty - I have no wishes to improve upon these 4.
